There is only one Classic Gatherings of the 2018 Season left don’t miss it. Next Classic Gathering – Thursday 4 October .

Next Thursday 4 October is the final ‘Twilight’ Classic Gathering of 2018.

We will start at 5.30 as the nights are drawing in much earlier now.

Hope to see you all there from 5.30pm, Mel and Roy’s ‘Classic Barbeque’ will be ‘smokin’ all evening – until dark!

Bar serving Alcoholic and non-alcoholic Drinks, tea and coffee available.

As usual, anyone who wants to help marshalling the events for an hour or so to give the usual suspects a break to enjoy the vehicles, please volunteer via this email address or direct to the club at 01926 640901.

Parking will be as follows, slight change from the gatherings when the evenings are lighter.


Bikes under 25 years old on the gravelled (but not too gravelly!)area immediately ahead of you at the side of the clubhouse.

‘Custom Bikes’ in a similar vein to the cars – bikes under 25 years of special interest (eg Customs/Exotica), please proceed to the area in front of the Hall on the right hand side (just past the smokers shelter).

Bikes over 25 years old to park in the area in front of the hall/Bar on the left hand side by the field as usual.


Cars etc –
The Supercars/specialist under 25 year old vehicles/Tractors/Lawn Mowers etc to proceed onto the field and park ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE of the Field 

Cars/Vans/Pickups over 25 years old to proceed onto the field where you will be parked in rows parallel to the Hall/Clubhouse as usual .

Any visitors attending in vehicles outside of the above categories should park in the back field behind the clubhouse, please obey the instructions of the Marshalls at all times when being directed around the site.

Site safety
Please can all Members/Guests/Visitors please keep speed down below 10mph on site (ideally less once you have entered the parking areas),and drive/ride responsibly when arriving at/leaving the site.
